1.1 post jam update

So I've accidentally overwritten the jam files with the post jam files, it's fixed now but still, sorry

-fixed the time step (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/924915620?t=00h51m14s)

-divided scores by 10

-chocolate pellets now give knockback to children

-speed up children spawning a bit

-tweaked the waves

-increased the max chocolate pellet count to 6(from 4)

-tweaked the title art and logo
